Each item is made-to-order just for you, which is why it can take between 7-20 business days to receive your order. I truly appreciate your patience, and I promise it will be worth the wait!

Stickers, home goods, and apparel ship from different locations, so they will arrive separately.

Additionally, some home goods and apparel ship from different locations, so depending on which items you’ve ordered, your apparel may arrive in separate shipments as well.

In addition to supporting our community mutual aid requests listed HERE , a portion of the proceeds from every collaboration is donated to organizations and individuals that uplift our community, like DREDF, The ACLU, The Trevor Project, New Disabled South, and Surfer’s Healing.

Each item is made-to-order, and items can only be returned for a purchase price refund, shop credit, or exchange if there is an issue with the quality standard of the item, which is up to shop discretion.

Only unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned. Returned items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains.

Due to increases in the cost of shipping and materials, the shop is no longer able to offer exchanges, shop credit, or refunds for items due to size, so please be sure to double-check the measurements for each apparel item before purchasing. I’m bummed about this too, and hopefully it wont’t be like this forever.

Custom pieces and sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost with no refund, exchange, or shop credit. No exceptions.
