RETURN POLICY: 
Each item is made-to-order, and while most items can be returned for exchanges or shop credit, items can only be returned for a purchase price refund if there is an issue with the quality standard of the item, which is up to our discretion. Only unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned. Returned items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. Custom pieces and sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost with no refund, exchange, or shop credit. No exceptions.  

Please note that some variance between items and mock-up photos is to be expected.
